Manatt, Phelps & Phillips is looking for candidates who are excited about taking on more responsibility. Ideally, candidates will have experience in a wide variety of employment matters, including litigation defense of wage and hour class actions, discrimination and retaliation matters; drafting motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions; and advising clients on company policies and procedures and on key legal risks involving client employment practices. Experience developing and implementing training programs and auditing programs for employers is a plus. Excellent legal writing and research skills are required.
