Manatt's land use group combines law with strategic insight and strong government contacts to help clients obtain entitlements, permits, and approvals. We work with developers, property owners, investors, public agencies and nonprofits to guide complex and sensitive projects through an increasingly intricate regulatory compliance and approval process.
We are looking for candidates who have a strong interest in and enthusiasm for land use issues and trends, and in helping shape the communities we serve. Ideally, candidates will have experience with land use, administrative law, zoning, affordable housing, the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Subdivision Map Act, historic preservation laws and the California Coastal Act.
