Outten & Golden is accepting applications for mid-level associate attorneys to work in our San Francisco, CA office. The associates will represent individual employees in all areas of employment law, including cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, leaves of absence, layoffs and executive compensation. The positions will entail extensive client contact, exposure to the firm’s counseling, negotiation and litigation practices, individualized training and feedback, and the opportunity to learn and grow with one of the nation’s best and fastest-growing employee-side employment law firms.

Compensation will range between $133,350 and $140,700 based on class year, with an opportunity for a discretionary year-bonus based on attorney and practice group contributions .
