Manatt is looking for innovative, forward-thinking associates with a minimum of three years of real estate transactions experience to join our Real Estate Transactions & Finance practice, led by Anita Sabine, recognized as a Next Generation Partner in real estate by The Legal 500 US, and also named in the 2020 and 2021 editions of The Best Lawyers in America.
We are looking for candidates with broad experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions; exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, financing, construction, development, joint ventures, secured loans and workouts. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in negotiating and drafting closing purchase and sale agreements, commercial and ground leases and subleases, development agreements, construction contracts, property management agreements and other real estate transaction documents. Joint venture and project finance experience is a plus.
