The County of San Diego has an immediate vacancy for Senior Deputy County Counsel - Juvenile Dependency in the Office of the County Counsel. This position works in the Juvenile Dependency Division of the Office of County Counsel and represents the Health and Human Services Agency in all juvenile dependency matters. In addition, this position performs legal research, prepares legal documents, and is responsible for providing legal advice on child welfare investigations, litigating juvenile dependency cases, and handling juvenile dependency matters on appeal.
