Kutak Rock LLP's Los Angeles office is seeking a Public Finance / Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience.  Experience in public finance is preferred but experience in transactional real estate finance will also be considered. The successful candidate must have strong communication, analytical and writing skills, be self-motivated with the drive to help shape and expand a growing practice, and have the ability and confidence to work independently.  All candidates must be currently admitted in California.  The position will allow the successful candidate to gain hands-on experience and be fully integrated into transactions.  Kutak Rock offers a collegial working environment and a competitive benefits.
