Legal Aid at Work's long-time President, Joan Graff, announced her retirement last year. In light of this important transition, we have partnered with the executive search firm Carlson Beck to identify a new leader at this critical time of transition. Legal Aid at Work is seeking a seasoned executive who can build on the organization's 109-year legacy, while charting a bold and innovative path forward. The ideal candidate will navigate the organization through unprecedented attacks on low-wage workers, all while capitalizing on opportunities to deepen our commitment to serving Black and Brown workers throughout the state.
