The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is pleased to announce that we are now hiring for the position of Paid Post-Bar Law Clerks (referred to as Law Clerks in the official bulletin). This opportunity will be for current 3L students who plan to graduate in May 2026 and take the July California Bar examination. The salary for a Law Clerk is $49,559.28 Annually. The filing period for the Law Clerk position will begin at 8:00 a.m. PST, Tuesday, January 20, 2025, and will remain open until the needs of the Office are met.
