Law is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Business and Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Huntington Beach. This role involves handling a wide range of complex commercial litigation and advisory matters, including breach of contract, civil fraud, business torts, trademark, copyright and trade secret infringement, defamation, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, employers’ side employment law, and construction matters.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong legal drafting and negotiation skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision while delivering outstanding outcomes.
