Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Real Estate Paralegal to join a highly respected practice handling sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. What You'll Do:

  • Manage commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing
  • Review, analyze, and resolve title and survey issues
  • Coordinate and prepare closing documents, including post-closing requirements
  • Review and interpret purchase agreements, leases, easements, and other real estate documents
  • Draft transaction documents for acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing matters
  • Work directly with attorneys, clients, title companies, and lenders to keep transactions moving efficiently
  • Handle multiple matters simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Candidates Should Have:

  • 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional paralegal experience
  • Strong experience with commercial acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and closings
  • Excellent title and survey review skills
  • Outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced practice
