The Landlord/Tenant/Habitability represents landlords and property management companies relating to all aspects of building safety and health code issues in rental properties. Associates work closely with lead attorneys daily, engaging in all phases of litigation—from case evaluation and discovery to trial presentation—focusing on strategic thinking to achieve client goals.  Seeking candidates who are eager to learn, highly self-motivated, and interested in long-term professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Attending court hearings, participating in site inspections, taking and defending depositions.
• Drafting extensive written discovery, including preparing and responding to interrogatories, documents requests and request for admissions.
• Evaluating, analyzing, assessing, and executing litigation strategies.
• Proactively manage communications with clients throughout the course of litigation.

Qualifications:

Locations (California): Los Angeles, Costa Mesa, and San Diego. 

Annual salary range with benefits: $130,000 - $180,000.
