The firm is looking for a dedicated attorney with hands-on experience in employment and civil litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing litigation matters, communicating effectively with clients and opposing counsel, and contributing to an active docket.

Full trial experience is not required; however, candidates should be comfortable handling key stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and hearings.

Key responsibilities: Manage employment litigation from case development through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, client communication, legal analysis, document preparation, and case docket management.

Requirements: 

• Active California Bar license in good standing

• 1+ year of plaintiff-side employment litigation and 2+ years of overall civil litigation experience

• Hands-on experience with discovery, depositions, motions, and hearings

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
