The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is seeking a Deputy District Attorney (DDA) I. 

The filing period for the DDA I Exam will begin at 8:00 a.m. PST today, Friday, November 6, 2026, and will remain open until the needs of the Office are met.

Applicants must provide proof of California Bar Card OR Letter from the California State Bar Association that reflects that the candidate has achieved a passing score on the California Bar Examination AND met all requirements for admissions to practice law at the time of filing. Please note that this exam is subject to closure without notice.

The annual salary range for a DDA I is $80,689.56 - $108,736.92.
