A California-based law firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Family Law Attorney to join its collaborative legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage family law cases from inception through resolution.

• Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.

• Conduct legal research and draft supporting legal documents.

• Advise and represent clients in family law matters.

• Develop case strategies and provide legal recommendations.

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.

• Ensure compliance with California family law procedures and court rules.

Qualifications:

• Active, good-standing California State Bar membership.

• Minimum 2 years of family law experience.

• Ability to independently manage cases and litigation matters.

• Strong legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.

• Mandarin/Chinese proficiency preferred but not required.
