Nelson Vu is Senior Corporate Counsel at Consensus Cloud Solutions (NASDAQ: CCSI) (formerly part of Ziff Davis) where he is responsible for supporting the company’s global legal matters, including negotiating contracts, evaluating compliance issues and advising on general corporate matters.  Nelson is also a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council at Consensus where he works to develop policies, programs and a community at work that fosters cultural competence, responsiveness and awareness. Prior to Consensus, Nelson was Corporate Counsel at Microsemi Corporation (now part of Microchip Technology Inc.)
