Raymond Chan is a patent attorney and partner in the Irvine office of Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, where he focuses on patent litigation, taking the lead role on technical aspects in cases involving a diverse range of technologies, including automotive lighting, biotechnology, polymer chemistry, and telecommunications. He has a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from UCLA and a law degree from Fordham University. In addition to OCAABA’s Pipeline Committee, he is also a member of Procopio’s Racial Equity Task Force. On the weekend, you may find him plodding along on his bicycle in Irvine, unless he has taken it apart again for maintenance or "upgrades."
