Charles was an Electrical Engineer graduated cum laude and worked at fortune 100 technology-based companies prior to becoming an attorney.

He has 5 published court opinions including one issued by the U.S. Supreme Court on the Trademark Fair-Use doctrine, 543 U.S. 111, and obtained several favorable ITC 337 rulings and outcomes. Charles is a member of the California State Bar and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

He practices Intellectual Property and business litigation; patent and trademark prosecution; and business transactions. He is a shareholder in the law firm of Wu & Reddy, a professional corporation in Irvine, California.  

Charles grew up in New Jersey and the New York area.
