Dykema’s Los Angeles office is seeking a talented and motivated associate to join our esteemed Product Liability & Class Action Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will bring Mid-Senior level experience in complex litigation, with a focus on automotive-related product liability and class action cases. Duties will include motion practice, discovery, brief writing, preparing company witnesses for depositions, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances, client interaction, trial preparation and trial. Qualified candidates will have significant experience with all aspects of case handling, including offensive and defensive discovery work. Excellent written communication and oral advocacy skills are required. The work requires attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines.
