The OCDA is seeking Deputy District Attorney I, II, and IIIs who have experience in the practice of civil, governmental, or criminal law with experience in litigation and trial work. Salary

• Deputy District Attorney I - $89,190.40 - $107,827.20 Annually 
• Deputy District Attorney II - $104,312.00 - $116,251.20 Annually 
• Deputy District Attorney III - $119,371.20 - $165,318.40 Annually

Upcoming Salary Increases:

• 4.25% Increase – Effective June 28, 2024
• 4.00% Increase – Effective June 27, 2025
