Van Dermyden Makus Law Seeks Workplace and Campus Investigations Attorney

Van Dermyden Makus Law Corp. is seeking a dynamic full-time Workplace and Campus Investigations Attorney. This is a full-time, exempt position with the ability to work in a remote or hybrid arrangement. A successful candidate must have at least three years of experience practicing law in California, preferably with a background in employment and labor law for at least two of those three years. While employment law experience is desirable, it is not required. VM is more interested in candidates who demonstrate the interpersonal and analytical skills necessary to conduct effective investigations. Strong writing and analytical skills are essential to this position. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

The Firm’s annual billable requirement for all Attorneys is 1600 hours. The Firm sends all new Attorneys to the Associate of Workplace Investigators Institute within the first 12-18 months of employment.
