This position provides legal advice to County officials on matters involving the County’s Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA). Attorneys will advise on federal, state and local laws and regulations relevant to HHSA, including contracting and privacy laws. Attorneys may also advise local legislative bodies, and draft County ordinances and resolutions.
